A SPOTLESS LAMB OF ABOUT A YEAR… A YEARLING
The Messiah could not be “sin free” from birth and fulfill The
Passover Lamb requirements
From my book
“The Yahushaic Covenant Volume 1: The Mediator”…
“Yahusha had to be sin free from birth to be The Passover
Lamb!”… no it is the other way around!
One of the main objections to the fact that Yahusha was a
sinful human being that had to be perfected in Righteousness through Mikveh is
that he could not have been a Spotless Passover Lamb.
The Passover Lamb required a yearling or a “young lamb of
about a year” to fulfill that rehearsal which was pointing to Yahusha. Yahusha
could not have been “sin free from birth” and be The Passover Lamb of about a
year without being born-again!
Yahusha was declared The Passover Lamb upon his Mikveh by
John when his sin was forgiven and he was perfected walking The Way and Yahuah
forgave his iniquity and remembered his sin no more.
John 1:29
The next day John saw Yahusha coming toward
him (to be Mikveh'd for the remission of his sin to
set Yahusha's path straight Mark 1:3-5) and said, "Look, the Lamb
of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
Mark 1
3 “A voice of one calling in the
wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the King, make straight paths for Him (to
fulfill all Righteousness Matthew 3:14).’” 4 John the Baptist appeared in the
wilderness, preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins (to fulfill Ezekiel 36, The Way). 5 People went out to
him from all of Jerusalem and the countryside of Judea. Confessing their sins,
they were baptized by him in the Jordan River.…
Matthew 3
14 But John tried to prevent Him (from repenting of his sin and being washed clean with Living
Water), saying, “I need to be Mikveh’d by You, and do You come to me (for the remission of your sin, that is John's commission Mark
1:3-5)?” 15 “Let it be so now (let me
repent and be washed clean with Living Water), Yahusha replied. “It is
fitting for us to fulfill all the righteous requirements of The Law (this is The Doctrine of Righteousness and how he literally
fulfilled The Law)” in this, THE WAY. Then John permitted Him (to repent and be Mikveh'd). 16 As soon as Yahusha was
washed clean with Living Water (Mikveh’d), He
went up out of the living water. Suddenly the heavens were opened, and he saw
the Spirit of Yahuah descending like a dove and resting on Him (he was born again and adopted and filled in his body with
the fullness of deity the Ruach).…
Yahusha was around 30 years old at that time. Sheep live up
to 20 years so he would have been a mature Sheep not a “yearling” at that
point. He had to be born-again and once his sin was forgiven and he was
PERFECTED the count started over as his ministry as The Passover Lamb began
that day.
John 3
5 Yahusha answered “Truly, truly, I tell you,
no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water (through Mikveh) and the Spirit (Mikveh'd by Fire when the dove descended upon him). 6
Flesh is born of flesh (he was born "according to the flesh"), but
spirit is born of the Spirit (he was born again by the
Ruach upon his Mikveh). 7 Do not be amazed that I said, ‘You must be
born again. (he was speaking from personal experience!
That is The Way)’…
Humans live an average of 70 years so 1 year in the life of
a lamb would be about 3-4 human years (at a lambs 20 years at 3.5 human years
each is exactly 70 years the lifespan of man Psalm 90:10) . So by the time he
offered his life as The Passover Lamb 3.5 years later he would have been
exactly “a yearling” in the life of a lamb since he was born again, perfected,
and anointed The Passover Lamb by John the High Priest.
So the requirement of a “yearling” was put into place
pointing to the fact that The Messiah serve as Passover Lamb without spot or
blemish after being Mikveh’d clean for about 3-4 years the duration of his
ministry.
For Yahusha to fulfill that requirement, he could not have
been “spotless lamb” since birth but “with no sin as High Priest”… which is
exactly what happened as we learn in Zechariah Chapter 3 Yahuah forgave his sin
after Mikveh and then required him to walk with no sin as High Priest. Sha’ul
confirms that Yahusha was “with no sin” as High Priest…
Hebrews 4
14 Therefore, since we have such a great High
Priest who has passed through the heavens, Yahusha the Son of Yahuah, let us
hold firmly to what we profess. 15 For we do not have a High Priest who is
unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have a High Priest who was
tempted in every way that we are (as High Priest in
the desert after he was perfected through Mikveh), yet was without sin (fulfilling Zechariah Chapter 3).
Zechariah 3 - Yahusha's
sin forgiven through Mikveh, Yahuah consecrates Yahusha High Priest directly,
and enters into The Yahushaic Covenant to "forgive our sin"
1 Then he showed me Yahusha the high priest
standing before the angel of YHVH, and Satan standing at his right side to
accuse him. 2 YHVH (through His proxy The Angel before
whom stood Yahusha and Satan) said to Satan, “YHVH rebuke you, Satan!
YHVH, who has chosen Jerusalem (because Satan is
attempting to get Yahusha NOT to empty himself of his right to the throne and
take the kingdom by force Matthew 4:9), rebuke you! Is not this
man a burning stick snatched from the fire (Yahusha
had been in the desert for 40 days with little food Matthew 4:2)?”
3 Now Yahusha was dressed in filthy clothes (metaphor
of sin Isaiah 64:6) as he stood before the angel. 4 The angel
said to those who were standing before him, “Take off his filthy clothes.” Then
YHVH said to Yahusha, “See, I have taken away your sin (Yahusha had just been Mikveh'd clean of his sin by John to fulfill the
Righteous Requirements of The Law Matthew 3:13-17), and I will
put fine garments (of the High Priest) on you.”
5 Then I said, “Put a clean turban (of the High Priest
Hebrews 4:15) on his head.” So they put a clean turban on his
head and clothed him (in the garments of the High
Priest), while the angel of YHVH stood by. 6 The angel of YHVH gave this
charge to Yahusha (here is The Yahushaic Covenant!)
7 “This is what YHVH Almighty says: ‘IF (YHVH makes a
conditional promise, a COVENANT) you will walk in obedience to me and
keep my requirements (of The Branch foretold in The
Heavenly Scroll to come FIRST as Suffering Servant and die THEN Conquering King
rule), THEN (here is the promise if he fulfills
The Heavenly Scroll as The Glorious Righteous Branch Virgo) you
will govern my house (i.e. King over the government
that will govern creation Isaiah 9:6 and Constellation LEO)
and have charge of my courts (Eternal Judge 2 Cor
5:10), and I will give you a place (right
hand of YHVH Mark 16:19) among these standing here. 8 “‘Listen,
High Priest Yahusha, you and your associates seated (who
came) before you (probably Adam, Enoch, Moses,
Elijah, etc.), who (those seated before him)
are men symbolic of things to come (they were not The
Branch just shadows/prototypes): I am going to bring (you) My servant (Isaiah
61 from this point forward), The
Branch (he is The Messiah and fulfillment of The
Heavenly Scroll Virgo). 9 See, the stone I have set in front of
Yahusha! There are seven streams of living water (eyes)
on that one stone (witness written in stone as Yahusha
was full of the 7 Spirits Revelation 5:6), and I will engrave an
inscription on it,’ says YHVH Almighty, ‘and I will remove the sin of this
land in a single day (Yahuah will fulfill His
promise to "forgive our iniquity and remember our sin no more" in
covenant with Yahusha).
Yahusha was not born perfect or obedient he had to be
perfected in Righteous Obedience and he BECAME upon His Mikveh the PERFECTED
sacrifice for 3.5 years “about a year” in the life of a lamb… a YEARLING.
He showed us The Way that we too are to walk as WE are to give our own lives as
Spotless Passover Lamb just like he did!
Hebrews 5
During the days of Yahusha’s life on earth
(when he was imperfect, disobedient and LEARNING
obedience Hebrews 5:8-9), he offered up prayers and petitions (repentance) with fervent cries and tears to the one
who could save him from death (the penalty of
sin/disobedience and he was scared to death to die Matthew 36:28),
and he was heard because of his reverent submission to Yahuah (he walked The Way!). 8 though he was a son, yet he LEARNED
(G1097) OBEDIENCE (was not born obedient but "in the flesh" apposed
to Yahuah 'sarki') by the things (discipline by
a loving Father Hebrews 12:5-7) which he suffered (for disobedience). 9 And HAVING BEEN PERFECTED (through the process of sanctification John 17:19… he
was not born that way, he was born disobedient and opposed to Yahuah which is
the definition of “in the flesh” Sarki), He BECAME the author (life example and Spotless Passover Lamb) of (how we obtain) eternal salvation to all who obey him
(and follow his example and give their lives as Living
Spotless Sacrificial Lambs Romans 12:1).
Romans 12
1 Therefore I urge you, brothers, on
account of Yahuah's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices (as Passover Lambs without spot or blemish 2 Peter 3),
holy and pleasing to Yahuah (by walking The Way of
Mikveh, Circumcision, and Offering), which is your spiritual service of
worship.
2 Peter 3
14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward to
these things (the Appointed Times of Yahuah
specifically Passover), be diligent to be found (Faithful to the Spiritual Truth of Passover) by Him in peace,
without spot and blameless (referring to our bodies as
living sacrificial lambs removing the leaven and giving your lives as living
sacrificial lambs Romans 12:1); 15 and consider that the
longsuffering (on Passover) of our King is
Salvation (through THE Passover Lamb who has granted
us access to the Altar) —as also our beloved brother Sha’ul, according
to the wisdom given to him, has written to you (about
Passover 1 Cor. 1:23), 16 as also in all his letters, speaking in
them of these things (specifically Passover see 1
Corinthians 1:23), in which are some things hard to understand,
which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do
also the rest of the Scriptures. (1 Cor. 1:23)
We are to walk The Way of Mikveh, Circumcision, and Offering
on Passover which is The Narrow Gate just like Yahusha did and give our OWN
lives as Spotless Passover Lambs. We are perfected just like Yahusha was!
Yahusha had to repent of his own sin as High Priest and turn
from it to live eternally… which is what Yahusha was required to do in covenant
as High Priest per Zechariah Chapter 3…
Hebrews 5:2-3
2 Yahusha as High Priest is able to deal
gently with those who are ignorant and misguided, since he himself is beset by
weakness (flesh 'Sarki' g4561: Thayer's def =#4 - born
to two human parents, outside ANY Divine Influence, prone to sin, and opposed
to Yahuah). 3 That is why he is OBLIGATED to offer sacrifices FOR HIS
OWN SIN, as well as for the sins of the people. 4 No one takes this honor (of atoning for sin as High Priest) upon himself; he
must be called by Yahuah (Zechariah Chapter 3),
just as Aaron was (and be of The House of Zadok)
We see that to be given eternal life you do not have to be
perfect from birth, but PERFECTED in life…
Ezekiel 18
21 "But if the wicked man turns from all
his sins which he has committed and observes all My statutes and practices
justice and righteousness, he shall surely live; he shall not die.…
Through the process of sanctification…
Hebrews 2:10-18
10 In bringing many sons and daughters to
glory, it was fitting that Yahuah, for whom and through whom everything exists,
(Yahuah) should (through
discipline Hebrews 12:4-11) MAKE (sanctify)
the pioneer of their salvation (he shows us The Way
and went before us, he is the Forefather of Everlasting Life Isaiah 6:9)
PERFECT (he was not born perfect, Yahuah MADE him
perfect through sanctification John 19:19-21) through what he
suffered. 11 Both the one who makes people holy (Yahuah)
and those who are made holy (Yahusha and all his
brother/sisters) are of the same family.
John 17:19-21
“And for their sakes I sanctify myself (Yahusha had to be perfected through sanctification, he is
The Way we all follow), that they also might be sanctified through the
truth (by following his example which is the True Way
that leads to Eternal Life John 14:6). Neither pray I for these
alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word (enter into covenant with him as the Bride); That they
all may be one (family); as you, Father, are in
(covenant with) me (to
be adopted then begotten as Your first born-again son), and I in (covenant with) you (crying
out Abba Father Galatians 4:6), that they also may be one in
(covenant with) us (and adopted then begotten too):
that the world may believe that you hast sent me (to
prove The Way works where Yahuah perfects our sinful flesh and forgives our
iniquity and remembers our sin no more through Mikveh).”
Hebrews 2
11 For both He who sanctifies (Yahuah) and those who are sanctified (Yahusha and the rest of the sons John 17:19-21)
are all from one Father; for which reason Yahusha is not ashamed to call them
brothers
