In the Gospel of Yahchanan/John we see that Yahusha
ascends to read The Heavenly Mysteries (secrets preserved in The Heavenly
Scroll Enoch 9:6) as confirmed by Daniyahel/Daniel (Chapter 7) and
Yahchanan/John (in the Book of Revelation Chapter 5). We also see that
Yahusha brought his knowledge of The Secret Divine Counsel, which
is The Heavenly Scroll, with him in his ministry and that is what he taught
exclusively (Matthew 4:16-17)!

4:16,17
16 the people living in darkness (following the Way of
the Gentiles, the corrupted Zodiac Romans 1) have seen a Great Light (as ‘the Sun has come to us from The
Heavenly Scroll’ to show us The Way/Doctrine of
Righteousness of Mikveh, Circumcision, and Offering Luke 1:77,78, Malakiyah/Malachi
4:2); on those living in the land
of (the Gentiles who live in) the
shadow of death (of the corrupted Babylonian Zodiac Romans 1. ‘I will
make you a covenant to the Nations, I will also give you for a Light,
fulfillment of The Light of the Sun, to the Gentiles’ Yeshayahu/Isaiah
42:7-9), a Light has dawned (been
fulfilled on Earth in the flesh Yahuchanon/John 1:1-4, Luke 1:77-79). 17 From that time on
Yahusha began to teach The Way of Mikveh, Circumcision,
and Offering saying, Repent (Circumcision of Heart) and be Mikveh’d (washed clean of your sin Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah
31 and Yahchezqel/Ezekiel 36), for The
Kingdom proclaimed in The Heavenly Scroll (Shamayim –
‘the stars’) is within your reach
(he
has come to fulfill it).

Hosts/Divine Counsel)."

You, even You, are Yahuah the One and Only God; You have made heaven (stars),
the heaven of heavens (The Heavenly Scroll), with all their host (constellations),
the Earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein,
and you preserve them all; and the host of heaven (constellations/The Heavenly Scroll) served You (as a Divine Counsel declaring the
Works of His Hands Psalm 19 and Enoch 35:3)
Yeshayahu/Isaiah 48:13
when Yahuah calls the stars/constellations and summons them, they stand
together as a secret counsel to proclaim His Handiwork (they are The
Divine Counsel Psalm 19, Enoch 35:3).
Ephesians 1:3-10
3 Blessed be THE ONLY GOD and FATHER of our King Yahusha the Messiah
(Yahuchanon/John 17:3),
Who has blessed us in Marriage Covenant with Yahusha as his Bride with every Spiritual
blessing proclaimed in The Heavenly Scroll. 4 just as Yahuah chose
us in (Marriage
Covenant with) Yahusha before the foundation of the world (the Plan of
Salvation was written in the stars Psalm 19), that we
would be Holy and blameless before Yahuah (as children through Mikveh see Yahchezqel/Ezekiel
36:24-27). In love 5 Yahuah predestined us to
adoption as sons through (Marriage) covenant with the Messiah Yahusha (the Bridegroom
Matithyahu/Matthew 5:1-12 and Yahuchanon/John 3:29 and Revelation
8:23 and Mark 2:18-20 and ... etc.) to Himself (the Father of
the Bridegroom), according to the kind intention of His Will (to create a Family…
the adoption covenant was always the Plan of Salvation written in The Heavenly
Scroll as we marry the Creator’s First Born-again Son of the Resurrection),
6 to the Praise of the Glory of His Grace, which He freely bestowed
on us in the beloved (Family of Elohim).…8 that He
lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding (in The Heavenly Scroll).
9 And He has made known to us the Secret Mystery of His Will (written in
heaven Enoch 9:6) according to His good pleasure (to provide The
Way of Salvation through the one He loved Yeshayahu/Isaiah
48:11-15), which He purposed (in the beginning to be fulfilled)
in covenant with Yahusha the Messiah. 10 as a plan (LOGOS/DABAR)
to be fulfilled at this time (4th Prophetic Day as laid out in The Heavenly Scroll
the end of The Age of ARIES/Lamb dies), to bring all
things written in The Heavenly Scroll to fulfillment on Earth perfectly
fulfilled in Yahusha the Messiah (Yahuchanon/John 17:4-5, Hebrews 10:7,
Matithyahu/Matthew 6:10) 11 In covenant with
Yahusha we were also the Chosen Bride and Yahuah’s own children (Yahuchanon/John1:12),
having been predestined according to the Plan of Salvation written in the stars
by Yahuah Who Works out everything by The Divine Counsel (the
stars/constellations called The Heavenly Scroll or Divine Counsel)
which declare His Will (the Works of His Hands Psalm 19 and Enoch 35:3)
The Divine Counsel is the LOGOS (Greek) or DABAR (Hebrew)
which, by definition, is a “thing; the Spoken Promise of the Plan of
Salvation” that was written into Creation on Day 4 when Yahuah created
the Sun/Stars/Constellation and arranged them into The Heavenly Scroll as
‘signs’ or pictographs with meaning.
The Throne in Heaven is a Spiritual Throne represented in
the center “the midst” of The Enoch Zodiac which is The Heavenly Scroll.
We see ORION The Son of Man sitting on his Throne flanked by the
constellations to his right and to his left which are The Divine Counsel
which declare the Will of Yahuah that Yahusha came to fulfill.
2 Chronicles 18:18
Again he said, Therefore hear (what the stars proclaim day after day, night after
night Psalm 19) the Word of Yahuah (eternally
preserved in the stars Psalm 119:89); I saw Elohim sitting
upon His Throne (in the stars), and all the host of heaven (Starry
Hosts/constellations) standing on His Right Hand and on His Left
(His
Divine Counsel)”.

Micaiah continued, "Therefore hear (what the stars proclaim day after day,
night after night Psalm 19)
the word (eternally preserved in the stars Psalm 89:2, Psalm 119:89) of Yahuah: I saw Elohim sitting on His Throne with all
the multitudes of heaven (Starry Hosts/Constellations) standing around him on His Right and on His Left (His Divine
Counsel).
Enoch then proclaims that the Zodiac (which means The
Way) declares the Works of Yahuah’s Hands speaking of The Plan of
Salvation; the “LOGOS/DABAR” called The Heavenly Scroll is “the Glory of
Yahuah” and His stamp over His Creation as The Creator.

35:3
I Blessed Yahuah author of Glory (The Heavenly Scroll Psalm 19:1),
Who had made those Great and Splendid Signs (of the Zodiac),
that they might display (to all mankind Deut. 3:19)
the magnificence of the Works of His Hands (The Plan of Salvation Psalm 19)
to angels and to the souls of men (His Divine Counsel); and
that these (Splendid Signs in The Heavenly Scroll) might Glorify all
His Works and operations (The Plan of Salvation);
that we might see the effect of His Power (as Creator to write His Plan into the
fabric of Creation on Day 4 and control the flow of history and fulfill His promise);
and The Heavenly Scroll might Glorify the Great labor of His Hands
(and we
might come to know Him Romans 1, Yahuchanon/John 8:19, and His Son Psalm
19); and bless Him forever. David confirms this in Psalm 19,
as he defines the meaning behind The Heavenly Scroll:
Psalm 19:1-6
1The Heavenly Scroll (Shamayim - stars, Sun, and
constellations) are telling of the Glory of Elohim (Yahuchanon/John
1:14); And their expanse is (The Divine Counsel) declaring
the Work of His Hands (Enoch 35:3, Yahuchanon/John 1:3).
2 Day to day The Heavenly Scroll pours forth speech, And night to
night the Sun/stars/constellations reveal knowledge. 3 There is no
speech, nor are there words; Their voice is not heard. 4 Their line
(Zodiac means ‘line/path/way
the Sun takes travels through the constellations’) has gone out
through all the Earth (the ecliptic plane), And their utterances to
the end of the world (Yahuchanon/John 1:9). In the
stars/constellations Yahuah has placed a tabernacle for the Sun (Luke 1:78-79,
Matithyahu/Matthew 4:16-17), 5 Which (the Sun)
is as a Bridegroom (Yahuchanon/John 3:19) coming out of his
chamber (to marry the Bride Yahuchanon/John 3:29); It rejoices
as a strong man (ORION) to run (riding the
clouds of heaven)his course (of a wedding as the Groom… the feast Cycle/The Heavenly wedding). 6 The Sun’s
rising (Luke 1:78, Matithyahu/Matthew 4:16-17) is from one end
of the heavens (Shamayim/stars), And its circuit (Zodiac)
to the other end of them; And there is nothing hidden from its light/Revelation.
We see that the Jews rejected this Divine Counsel that Yahuchanon/John
and Yahusha came to reveal Luke 7:28-29.
Luke 7:28-30
28 For I say unto you, among those that are born of women there is
not a Greater Prophet than Yahuchanon/John the Immerser: but he that is least
in the Kingdom of Yahuah is Greater than he. 29 And all the people
that heard [him], and the publicans, justified Yahuah,
being washed clean with Living Water with the Mikveh of Yahuchanon/John. 30
But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected The Divine Counsel
of Yahuah (The Heavenly Scroll) against themselves, being
not washed clean (of their two evils) by Yahuah.
Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah 2:13
"For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken My
Covenant of Peace (brought by The Son of Man ORION The Prince
of Peace) and rejected The Fountain of Living Waters (poured out by
AQUARIUS the Bearer of Living Water and Manna from The Heavenly
Scroll), they hew for themselves cisterns, broken cisterns that
can hold no water (cannot be filled with His Spirit).
Yahuchanon/John
15:22-24
22 If I had not come and proclaimed I am the fulfillment on
Earth of His Will written in The Heavenly Scroll, and testified that I am ORION
and AQUARIUS through Works of Power; they would not have been guilty of
the two evils (Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah 2:13), but now they have no excuse (Romans 1,
Galatians 3) for their 2 evils (denying The
Prince of Peace ORION and the Bearer of Living Water and Manna
AQUARIUS) 23 Whoever hates
me hates my Father also and is cursed. 24 They
would not be guilty of the two evils if I had not done the Works of Power
testifying I am the fulfillment of The Heavenly Scroll among them; no man has
ever come and spoke with the authority of The Father’s Will and the Testimony
of the stars (Yahuchanon/John 7:45-49).
Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah 17:13
O Yahuah, the Hope of Yisrael/Israel, All who forsake (The Son of
Man/ORION) You will be put to shame (1 Kephah/1
Peter 2:4-6). Those who turn away from The Way
on Earth will be written down (marked for destruction Yeshayahu/Isaiah 65:12),
Because they have forsaken (AQUARIUS) The Fountain of Living
Water, even Yahuah’s Testimony (written in The Heavenly Scroll).
Yeshayahu/Isaiah 65:12
I will destine you for the sword, and all of you will fall in the slaughter (AD 70 when
the power of the Holy people was broken for rejecting The Yahushaic Covenant,
their land taken, city and Temple utterly destroyed); for I called
but you did not answer, I spoke (LOGOS – ‘Spoken
Promise’ beforehand in the stars) but you did not listen (to what the
stars proclaim Psalm 19). You did two evils (Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah
2:13, Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah 17:13) in My sight and chose what
displeases Me (reject The Covenant of Peace Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah
2:13).
