The 24-Hour Day… Darkness to Light Parallel

Romans 13
11 The hour has already come for you to wake
up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first
believed. 12 The night is nearly over; the daytime is almost here (darkness to light metaphor of a 24-hour day). So let
us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.
Everything in this physical realm is
a “shadow” of a greater Spiritual Truth. I have searched high and low looking
for a Spiritual Truth that identifies with a day beginning in the light. I find
none… not one. Every time we attempt to employ “human logic”
to the Scriptures which are Spiritually Appraised:
1 Corinthians 2:14
The person without the Spirit does not accept
the things that come from the Spirit of Yahuah but considers them foolishness,
and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.
We get tripped up and violate His
Spiritual Principles. All I care about is Yahuah’s Spiritual Truths! What
is He trying to convey to me in His Physical Creation? The day begins in
darkness and comes into the light. This was the physical to Spiritual parallel
set in the Creation account. “In the beginning, DARKNESS covered the Earth, THEN
Yahuah said “let there be light”… then came the morning (after the
darkness) and then there was daylight and then came the evening (as the
sun set) and that was day 1… 2… 3… 4….5 … and 6.
The “day” (not to be confused with
“daytime”) is a very important parallel that is confirmed over and over.
As “time” passes, Yahuah has built in a witness of His Plan of Salvation.
We see Yahusha’s life written in the stars over the course of a year.
We see the celebration of the coming Kingdom reign every 7 days … The Sabbath.
The 24-hour day is also a vital shadow or rehearsal each and every day.
The question is, what is the “24-hour Day” actually rehearsing.
Once we define that rehearsal, our question is then answered very
clearly. The day begins when the sun goes down! Just exactly like
it is described in the Creation Account.
The Witness of Scripture
Let us look at the confirming witness of
Yahuah’s Word as Scripture always defines Scripture.
What does Scripture say? Light to darkness or darkness to light?
The Scriptures revealed that we are born
in darkness (the womb) and we come to the light literally at our beginning!
Then from there, we are in total Spiritual Darkness and must progress
through a course of a lifetime “into the Light”!
Isaiah 9:2
The people who walk in darkness Will see a
great light; Those who live in a dark land, The light will shine on them.... Darkness to Light
Luke 1:79
TO SHINE UPON THOSE WHO SIT IN DARKNESS AND
THE SHADOW OF DEATH, To guide our feet into the way of peace (as the Light of the World... Darkness to Light)."
Matthew 4:16
"THE PEOPLE WHO WERE SITTING IN
DARKNESS SAW A GREAT LIGHT, AND THOSE WHO WERE SITTING IN THE LAND AND SHADOW
OF DEATH, UPON THEM A LIGHT DAWNED." ....
Darkness to Light
John 1:5
The Light shines in the darkness, and the
darkness did not comprehend it. .... Darkness
to Light
2 Corinthians 4:6
For Yahuah, who said, "Light shall
shine out of darkness," is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the
Light of the knowledge of the glory of Yahuah in the face of Yahusha. .... Darkness to Light
1 Peter 2:9
But you are A CHOSEN RACE, A royal
PRIESTHOOD, A HOLY NATION, A PEOPLE FOR God's OWN POSSESSION, so that you may
proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His
marvelous light; .... Darkness to Light
Ephesians 5:8
for you were formerly darkness, but now you
are Light in Yahuah; walk as children of Light (coming
out of the darkness.... Darkness to Light)
John 8:12
Then Yahusha again spoke to them, saying,
"I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will no longer walk in the
darkness, but will have the Light of life." .... Darkness to Light
Acts 26:18
to open their eyes so that they may turn from
darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan (darkness)
to (the dominion of) Yahuah (light), that they may receive forgiveness of sins and
an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.' .... Darkness to Light
Matthew 10:27
"What I tell you in the darkness,
speak in the light; and what you hear whispered in your ear, proclaim upon the
housetops. .... Darkness to Light
Mark 4:22
"For nothing is hidden (in the darkness), except to be revealed (in the light); nor has anything been secret (kept in the dark), but that it would come to
light. .... Darkness to Light
Romans 13

the physical Creation’s witness.
The Annual Night Precedes the Annual Day
Wintertime in the annual cycle is
considered “darkness” as everything dies for the lack of sunlight.
Spring/Summer is the “daytime” and there is a perfect 7 month “annual day” each
year AFTER we come out of darkness (of winter). Then
it is “in the light” that we celebrate the Plan of Salvation via Yahuah’s Holy
Days.
This Annual day at the North Pole begins
AFTER a 5-month span of darkness at the South Pole called the Annual
Night. At the North Pole, this is reflected as they have a 7-month day
with no night.
What Does The Heavenly Scroll Proclaim?
What is reflected in The Heavenly Scroll?
Yahusha was born when the Sun is in Virgo… i.e. the Feast of
Tabernacles in the fall (as darkness falls). And then his life story
progresses through the 12 months as he overcomes the darkness (defeats the
Dragon) and brings light to the world! The Plan of Salvation culminates
in when the Sun is in LEO in summer time (August-September) which is broad
daylight!
We see that The Heavenly Scroll is a
“Divine Day” of Yahusha. This is what Abraham saw:
John 8:56
Your father Abraham rejoiced at the thought
of seeing my DAY (when he witnessed The Heavenly
Scroll); he saw it and was glad.
Sha’ul went on to tell the Galatians they
are without excuse for denying Yahusha is the Messiah, because he was
“portrayed as crucified before their very eyes”… in the stars!
Galatians 3
You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you
(obviously they were denying the Prophets spoke of
Yahusha)? Before your very eyes (in the stars
Psalm 19) Yahusha the Messiah was clearly portrayed as crucified …
What did Sha’ul mean by that? He pointed
to Abraham and how “Scripture” or The Heavenly Scroll, per Genesis 15:5,
foresaw in advance that Yahuah would justify the Gentiles as that was laid out
in the Gospel in the stars shown to Abram… and pointed them to Genesis 15:5!
Galatians 3
7 Understand then (Yahusha's
"day" foretold in the stars), that those who have faith are
children of Abraham. 8 Scripture (the word written in
the heavens Psalm 199:89) foresaw that Yahuah would justify the
Gentiles by faith, and Yahuah announced the gospel in advance to Abraham (via The Heavenly Scroll Genesis 15:5; saying):
“All nations will be blessed through you.”
Sha’ul asks of humanity below “did they
not hear? Of course they did, he exclaims!” Then Sha’ul quotes David in Psalms
that declares the heavens are pouring forth speech day after day to all mankind
then David describes the Zodiac in great detail.
‘Hearing’ and ‘voice’ are used
anthropomorphically as physical to spiritual parallels by Sha’ul as he clearly
teaches that the source of “faith” comes from the message proclaimed in the
stars at creation, which Yahusha said was his “day” which runs from the FALL
(of darkness of winter to the Annual 7-month day).
What about the life of the Messiah?
Yahusha had to go from darkness to light
at birth coming out of the darkness of the womb. Contrary to popular blasphemy,
Yahusha was not Yahuah, he did not even know Yahuah! Yahusha too had to
go from Spiritual Darkness (opposed to Yahuah) as he was ‘born according to the
flesh’ as are ALL humans, and progressed and grew in knowledge and Spirit into
the Light of our Father. The idiom “in the flesh” means by definition
outside of ANY Divine Influence or “seed” prone to sin and opposed to Yahuah!
Flesh - g4561 ‘sarki’ - Thayer: 2a) the
body of a man 2b) used of natural or physical origin, generation or
relationship 2b1) born of natural generation 4) the flesh, denotes mere human
nature, the earthly nature of man apart from divine influence, and therefore
prone to sin and opposed to God.
So, Yahusha too was born into Spiritual Darkness
i.e. the Flesh and progressed into the light. This is confirmed
throughout Scripture. Yahusha showed us The Way we all must walk, he is
not the exception to the rules, he IS the “rules”.
Luke 2:40, 52
40 And the child (Yahusha)
grew (out of darkness) and became strong in
spirit (the Light), (and
became) filled with wisdom (Light); and
the grace (favor) of Yahuah was upon Him. ...
52 And Yahusha increased in wisdom and (increased in)
stature, and (increased) in favor with Yahuah
and men (as he progressed out of the darkness and into
the Light of the Truth).
Hebrews 5:8-9
8 though He was a Son, yet He learned
obedience (to Yahuah) by the things which He
suffered (discipline as Yahuah brought His son from
darkness to light). 9 And having been perfected (in the light), He became (after coming
out of the darkness) the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him
(and walk that same path called The Way)
Yahusha then had to endure the “darkness”
of death… death is likened unto total darkness:
2 Peter 2:17
"These are wells without water, clouds
that are carried with a tempest; to whom the black darkness is reserved for
ever."
Before he was risen into the “light” by
the blinding light of the Resurrection:
Romans 1
…2 concerning Yahusha, which Yahuah
promised beforehand through His prophets in the holy Scriptures (both The Heavenly and Earthly Scrolls, he did not pre-exist),
3 concerning His Son, who was born of a descendant of David (through both parents) according to the flesh (into darkness), 4 who was declared (Divine) the Son of Yahuah with power (Light) by the resurrection from the dead (of darkness),
according to the Spirit of holiness (Yahuah’s Spiritual
Seed), Yahusha the Messiah, …
Conclusion
This teaching that the Sabbath begins at
sunrise is a classic example of a false teaching. Born from unspiritual
minds, literal interpretations, human logic, void of the Spiritual meaning of
things.
These “teachers” who want to twist the
Sabbath and the order of the 24-hour day (which is a physical to Spiritual
metaphor of the process we follow to come to the knowledge of the Truth or
light) have no Spiritual Wisdom. They are twisting the meaning of
a 24-hour day called a “day” and the short version of “daytime” or the 12 hour
period of light also called “day”! Then sound biting the scriptures,
twisting the clear wording of the Creation Account, and have no idea of the
Spiritual Truths contained in the daily rehearsal of The Way (going from
darkness to light). They ignore the Scriptures, The Heavenly Scroll, the
Feast Cycle, and the life of the Messiah in the process.
It is the same now… we still shorten the
phrase “daytime” to just “day”! Every “teacher” today (who are nothing more
than Spiritual Children themselves) are looking to unlock some “great secret”… nothing
to see here. We actually got this one right. We always defy Yahuah’s
Plan of Salvation by attempting a literal interpretation of Scripture….
Darkness always comes before light….
One thing to “ponder” … darkness is the
absence of light. You can have darkness without light, darkness is universal
and the state of existence outside of light. Light, however, requires a SOURCE.
It penetrates darkness and cannot exist outside of it.
Put that in plain English… you must have
darkness for their to be a “day”… Light has no meaning outside of shining in
the pre-existing darkness!
